Standing Pup

I had my husband build an elevated dog feeder for my two pups. One pup is a doberman pinscher and the other is a weimeraner. The weim puts up her two front legs and practically stands on it while she is eating. I am standing there wondering is that unhealthy for her. I redirect her although she still has to stand on it when I'm not around to drink her water.
