Cuddles and the Frequent Shaking of the Ears

My dog Cuddles (aka Nuggs) has recently been shaking (flapping) her ears throughout the night.

I don't know what to do, the vet says it is not dog ear mites and I have already given her medication for dog ear infections.

Thoughts????
